With the release of Jupiter X, then Raven plugin was introduced as a supplementary plugin to enhance the Jupiter X theme. It provided additional widgets and functionalities to Elementor, enabling users to create more complex and visually appealing websites with Jupiter X.
Transition to Jupiter X Core
In modern version of Jupiter X theme, the Raven plugin was deprecated and its functionalities merged into the Jupiter X Core plugin. This strategic consolidation was aimed at simplifying the user experience by reducing the number of plugins needed to achieve advanced design capabilities. Jupiter X Core now serves as the single, comprehensive toolkit for building and customizing your Jupiter X theme-based website, incorporating all the features previously provided by Raven.
Important Considerations
It is important to note that Raven and Jupiter X Core should not be used simultaneously. Using both plugins together can lead to conflicts that might affect the performance and functionality of your website. Users are advised to deactivate and remove the Raven plugin upon updating to the latest version of Jupiter X where Jupiter X Core is automatically installed.
If you are a new Jupiter X user with a fresh installation of Jupiter X versions 2, 3, 4, or subsequent releases, the Raven plugin will not be installed, and you do not need to take any further action. However, if you are currently using Jupiter X version 1 and plan to update to the latest version (currently version 4), you should deactivate the Raven plugin after updating the theme.
How to Deactivate Raven Plugin
To deactivate the Raven plugin, follow these simple steps:
