Post Title

Creating an engaging post or page requires a well-designed title. With JupiterX's Post Title Widget, you can easily customize the appearance of your titles within templates you create using the layout builder.

Title Before and After

You can add text or HTML to appear before and after your post title. This feature allows you to add prefixes or suffixes that complement your title, styling, or branding needs.

• Title Before: Add text that will appear immediately before the post title.
• Title After: Add text that will be displayed right after the post title.

Fallback

Sometimes a post might not have a title set. For such instances, you can provide a fallback text that will appear in place of the title.

• Fallback: Enter text that will take the place of the title if no title is present.

Link

With the link feature, you can make your post title clickable. You can dynamically select the post URL to which the title should link.

• Dynamic Tags: Use this option to choose the correct URL based on the post data. For Post URL use Post > Post URL.

HTML Tags and Choosing H2 for Post Title

It's important to use the right HTML tags for your titles to maintain a semantic and SEO-friendly structure.

• HTML Tags: The widget allows you to set the HTML tag of the post title. Common options include H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6 and span.

Choosing the correct tag for your post title is crucial, as it affects how search engines interpret the importance of the content on the page. H2 is often used for post titles because it indicates a significant heading on the page but is subordinate to the H1 tag, which is usually reserved for the site/page title.

• Text Color: Choose a color for your post title text using the color picker or by entering a hex code.
• Typography: Adjust the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line-height, and letter spacing.
• Text stroke: Apply a stroke effect around the text
• Text Shadow: Add a shadow to your post title to make it stand out or create depth.
• Blend Mode: Choose how your post title will blend with the background.
