How to Register JupiterX

Congratulations on your purchase of the Jupiter X theme.

To unlock all features, receive updates, and access premium functionality, you must register your license. Jupiter X supports both purchase code and API key registration, depending on where the license was purchased and how you choose to manage it.

This guide covers all purchase scenarios, registration methods, and license management options.

Purchase Sources and Registration Options

Jupiter X licenses can be purchased from:

• ThemeForest (Envato)
• Artbees (MyArtbees dashboard)

Depending on the purchase source, you can register the theme using:

• An Envato purchase code
• An API key (recommended and available for both sources)

If You Purchased Jupiter X from ThemeForest (Envato)

Envato purchases support two registration methods.

Method 1: Register Using MyArtbees (Generate API Key from Envato Purchase)

This method allows you to convert your Envato purchase into an API key and then use that API key to register Jupiter X.

Step 1: Get Your Envato Purchase Code

1. Visit ThemeForest and sign in to your account
2. Hover over your username and click Downloads
3. Find Jupiter X
4. Click Download → License certificate & purchase code (text)
5. Copy the Item Purchase Code

Step 2: Activate the License in MyArtbees

1. Log in to my.artbees.net
2. Go to the Licenses tab
3. Click Activate License
4. Enter your Envato purchase code and submit

Once activated:

• The license will be added to your account
• An API key will be generated
• The API key will become visible in the license row

You can reveal it by clicking the eye icon.

Step 3: Register Jupiter X Using the API Key

1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel
2. Go to JupiterX > Dashboard
3. Click Register License
4. Select API Key
5. Paste the API key
6. Submit the form

Method 2: Register Directly Inside Jupiter X with Envato Purchase Code

You can also register Jupiter X directly using your purchase code.

Registering Inside Jupiter X with Purchase Code

1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel
2. Navigate to JupiterX > Dashboard
3. Click Register License
4. Enter your email address
5. Paste your Envato purchase code
6. Submit the form

Troubleshooting: “Purchase Code Already in Use”

If you see “Purchase code already in use”, it usually means:

• The license is already registered on another domain
• It was registered using a different email
• The code was entered incorrectly

What to do:

• Log in to my.artbees.net and check your Licenses tab
• If found, revoke or delete the license before re registering
• If you cannot locate it, contact Artbees Support and include your purchase code

If You Purchased Jupiter X Directly from Artbees

Licenses purchased directly from Artbees are API key based only.

• There is no Envato purchase code
• An API key is automatically generated
• The API key appears directly in your MyArtbees Licenses tab

Getting the API Key (Artbees Purchases)

1. Log in to my.artbees.net
2. Go to the Licenses tab
3. Locate your Jupiter X license
4. Click the eye icon to reveal and copy the API key

Registering with API Key

1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel
2. Navigate to JupiterX > Dashboard
3. Click Register License
4. Select API Key
5. Enter your email address and API key
6. Submit the form

Revoking, Detaching, and Deleting Licenses

To move a license to another domain, you must unassign it first.

Revoke from Jupiter X Dashboard (Recommended)

1. Go to JupiterX > Dashboard
2. Click Revoke

This removes the license from the current domain while keeping it available for reuse.

Managing Licenses from MyArtbees Dashboard

Detach (Artbees Purchases Only)

• Available only for licenses purchased directly from Artbees
• Click the detach icon in the Licenses tab
• Detaches the license from the domain
• The API key remains visible and reusable
• No delete option is available for these licenses

Delete (Envato Origin Licenses Only)

• Available only for licenses that originate from an Envato purchase
• Completely removes the license from your account
• You must re register again using your Envato purchase code

Important Notes

• Licenses can only be activated on real domain names
• IP addresses, localhost, and temporary domains are not supported
• API key registration is recommended for agencies and multi site setups

Jupiter 6 Registration

Registration process for Jupiter 6 is identical to that of its successor, Jupiter X. Additionally, a single license code is valid for both themes, simplifying the process for users who switch between them. This means you can follow the instructions above to register and use Jupiter 6 as well.
