How to Register JupiterX

Congratulations on your purchase of the JupiterX theme! To unlock all the features and start building your stunning website, you'll need to register your theme. In simple steps, we'll guide you through the process of obtaining your purchase code and registering your theme.

Getting the Purchase Code

To begin, you need a valid purchase code. Here’s how you find it:

Visit ThemeForest and sign in to your account.
Hover over your username in the top right corner and select Downloads.
Locate JupiterX in your list of purchases, click on the Download button, and then click on "License certificate & purchase code (text)".
Open the text file you downloaded and note down the Item Purchase Code. It will look something like e58ea2d5-5a5c-4dx7-c78f-w4va51a7s37a.

Important: Before you proceed, make sure the JupiterX Core plugin is installed and activated on your WordPress site.

Registering Your Theme Using the Purchase Code

With your purchase code in hand, it’s time to register the theme:

Log in to your WordPress admin panel and navigate to JupiterX > Dashboard. Then click on the Register License button.
In the registration panel, enter your Email Address and Envato Purchase Code. Your email will be associated with an Artbees Portal account where your purchase code is stored. Make sure your email address is entered correctly to avoid any issues.
After filling in your details, wait momentarily for the registration process to complete. And voilà – you're all set!

First-Time Registration: If this is your first time using this email to register, an account will be created for you in Artbees Portal, and you’ll receive an email with login details.

Jupiter X licenses require activation exclusively on real domain names and cannot be registered using IP addresses. This ensures the security and integrity of the licensing system, preventing misuse or unauthorized distribution.

Troubleshooting: “Purchase Code Already in Use”

Encounter a message saying, “Purchase code already in use”? This usually means the purchase code has been registered with another account, which could be due to a typographical error or previous use. Here’s what to do:

Check if you can revoke the purchase code from your Artbees Portal Account.
If you can't locate the purchase code in your account, Contact Artbees Support with your purchase code, and we'll get to the bottom of it for you.

How to register Jupiter v6
