But what happens when your initial support period is about to expire? Not to worry, Envato has options in place for you to either extend or renew your support.

How To Renew Or Extend Support

If you're in need of continued hands-on support, you can choose to extend your support before your current term ends or renew it after expiry. To do this, you must have less than 6 months of support left on your plan. The cost for support is based on a percentage of the item price (what you paid for the item license).

Here's how to manage the support for your JupiterX theme:

Step 1: Log In

Log into your ThemeForest account—the one you used to purchase JupiterX.

Step 2: Go to the JupiterX Listing

Navigate to the JupiterX theme page on ThemeForest. Here, you'll find the options to either extend or renew your support.

Step 3: Choose to Renew or Extend

Select the 'Renew' or 'Extend' option. You'll be taken to a secure page where you can complete your payment and officially extend or renew your support.

How To Apply A Support Extension

After purchasing extra support time on ThemeForest, it's important to update your Artbees Portal account.

1. Log into your Artbees Portal account.
2. Navigate to 'Register Product'.
3. Near the bottom of the license keys table, click on the 'Renew support' button to update the Artbees database with your new support duration.

What If I Don't Renew Support?

Even without an active support period, you'll still have access to all future updates for JupiterX. The only difference is that hands-on support will be on standby until you choose to renew it.

Timing for Renewing or Extending Support

When it comes to extending or renewing your support for JupiterX, there are three scenarios, each priced differently depending on the timing of your purchase:

• Support Upgrade: Available at the time of item purchase, this is an additional 6 months (for a total of 12 months) at 37.5% of the item price.
• Support Extension: Bought any time before the current support term expires, this adds another 6 months of support at 62.5% of the item price.
• Support Renewal: If your support has lapsed, you can purchase another 6 months at 87.5% of the item price.
