Share Buttons

  • Network: Select a social network from the available options to create a share button for that platform. Popular choices include Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Custom Label: Optionally, provide a label for each button for descriptive purposes or to enhance accessibility.

Expand your social sharing capabilities by adding multiple buttons:

  • To include additional networks, click the "+ Add Item" button and configure the new button with its corresponding network and label.
  • View: Decide if buttons should display as icons, text, or a combination of both. This will impact how users interact with the buttons.
  • Label: Show or hide text labels next to the icons to inform users about the action the button performs.
  • Skin: Pick a design style—Gradient, Minimal, or Flat—to make the buttons align with your site's branding.
  • Shape: Shape the buttons to your preference: Square for a traditional look, Rounded for softer edges, or Circle for a modern touch.
  • Columns: Choose the number of columns for button layout or opt for 'Auto' to automatically adjust to the screen size.
  • Alignment: Define the alignment of the buttons within their container - left, center, or right.

Target URL

Control where the shared content is directed:

  • Target URL: The most common option is to share the 'Current Page', encouraging users to engage with the page they're viewing. If necessary, you can also use a 'Custom URL' to direct social traffic to a specific page.

Fine-tune the buttons' layout and design:

  • Columns Gap: Control the horizontal spacing between buttons when arranged in a row, ensuring they aren’t too crowded or too distant from one another.
  • Row Gap: Adjust the vertical spacing between rows to balance the layout, particularly if you're deploying multiple rows of buttons.
  • Button Size: Customize the button size to make the icons prominent enough for interaction without overpowering your content.
  • Icon Size: Tweak the size within the buttons to achieve the perfect visual ratio between icon and button.
  • Button Height: Dictate the vertical dimension of the buttons for uniformity or varied emphasis on certain networks.
  • Color: Choose a color setting to either reflect each network's official hues or to match them to your own color palette.
  • Typography: Set the typography for any text labels associated with the buttons, selecting fonts, sizes, and styles that remain easy to read.

After setting up your social share buttons, make sure to check the live preview of your site to ensure the buttons look and function as expected on different devices and browsers.
