Archive Title

Creating an informative and visually appealing archive title using the JupiterX theme is an integral part of designing an archive template. In this article, we'll guide you through the process of adding a dynamic archive title to your website and customizing it to fit your needs.

Content Tab

  • Title: The title tag is set to dynamic by default, meaning it will automatically display the relevant archive title based on the query. If you have a custom title in mind, this is where you can set it.
    • Include Context: Flip this switch to 'Yes' if you want to add more detail to your title like the category name or search term.
    • Advanced: Here you can find additional options to personalize the title by adding prefixes, suffixes, or a fallback text.
  • Link
    • A URL can be inserted here if you wish to make your archive title a clickable link.
    • Use the dynamic tag icon to create a dynamic link based on your needs.
    • Custom Attributes: If you have any specific attributes you want to add to your link, this is where you would input them, using the pipe | to separate key-value pairs.
  • Size: Pick how large you want your title to display from a range of options like Small, Medium, or Large.
  • HTML Tag: Choose the right HTML tag for your title. This is important for SEO and accessibility, with common choices being H1, H2, H3, etc.

Alignment: Decide the position of your title text from left-aligned, centered, right-aligned, or justified.

Style Tab

To ensure your title matches the aesthetic of your site, visit the Style Tab to adjust its appearance.

Title Section

  • Text Color: Easily change the color of your title with the color picker.
  • Typography: Click the pencil icon to access a set of typography options including font type, size, and spacing.
  • Text Stroke: If the option is available, add an outline to your text with your choice of color and width.
  • Text Shadow: Create dimension by applying a shadow effect, tweaking its size and color to your taste.
  • Blend Mode: Experiment with different blend modes to see how your text interacts with the background.
