Jupiter X Partner Rewards Program

The Jupiter X Partner Rewards Program is a milestone-based loyalty program designed for agencies, freelancers, studios, and power users who regularly purchase Jupiter X licenses.

As your number of qualified licenses grows, you unlock free bonus licenses that can be used just like regular licenses for future projects.

Program start date: April 1, 2026

Status: Beta (subject to future changes)

What is the Partner Rewards Program?

This program rewards loyal Jupiter X users as they scale.

Every time your account reaches a milestone based on the number of eligible licenses associated with it, you unlock a free reward license package.

The more licenses you register, the more free licenses you earn.

Rewards are tied to your MyArtbees account and can be viewed and redeemed directly from your dashboard.

Who is eligible?

This program is available to all Jupiter X users with qualified licenses under their account, including:

  • agencies
  • freelancers
  • studios
  • developers
  • long-term Jupiter X users
  • existing customers from Envato and Artbees direct purchases

The program is account-based, meaning all eligible licenses connected to your MyArtbees account contribute to your progress.

Reward levels and milestones

Here are the currently available levels:

Level Required Qualified Licenses Reward
VIP 20 1 free license
Builder 30 2 free licenses
Pro 50 3 free licenses
Studio 100 4 free licenses
Agency 200 5 free licenses
Apex 300 10 free licenses
Elite 400 15 free licenses
Titan 500 20 free licenses

What licenses count toward milestones?

Your milestone progress is based on qualified licenses only.

The following license types count:

  • Envato licenses (single licenses with valid purchase keys)
  • Artbees direct purchases
  • bulk license packages
  • manually issued valid licenses

What does NOT count?

The following licenses are excluded from milestone calculations:

  • reward licenses earned from this program
  • previous bonus licenses
  • review reward licenses
  • non-qualifying manual bonus records

Important

Reward licenses do not count toward future milestones.

This prevents the rewards system from artificially increasing itself.

For example:

  • You purchase 20 licenses → unlock 1 free
  • Your qualified count remains 20, not 21

Existing users at launch (important)

If you already exceeded one or more milestones before April 1, 2026, you will receive only the highest milestone already reached, not all previous levels combined.

Example

If you had 120 qualified licenses at launch:

You qualify for Studio

You receive:

  • 4 free licenses

You do not receive:

  • VIP + Builder + Pro + Studio combined

This is called historical baseline handling.

Lower passed milestones are shown as historical progress and are not redeemable.

How to check your rewards

To see your progress:

  1. Log in to MyArtbees
  2. Open your Dashboard or License page
  3. Find the Partner Rewards section

You will be able to see:

  • current level
  • qualified license count
  • next milestone
  • remaining licenses needed
  • reward value earned
  • available rewards ready to redeem
  • already claimed rewards

Milestone statuses explained

You may see the following statuses:

  • Ready to Redeem

Your milestone is unlocked and ready to be claimed.

  • Redeemed

This reward has already been claimed.

  • Locked

You have not yet reached this level.

  • Historical Baseline

This milestone was already passed before launch and is shown for history only. It is not redeemable.

How reward redemption works

Rewards are not automatically added.

When you reach a milestone:

  • a dashboard notification appears
  • an email notification may be sent
  • the License page shows Ready to Redeem

To claim:

  1. Open the License page
  2. Click Redeem Now
  3. Your reward licenses are instantly added
  4. The milestone status changes to Redeemed

Until you click redeem, the reward is not issued.

How reward licenses work

Reward licenses behave almost exactly like normal licenses.

They:

  • appear in your license list
  • can be assigned to websites
  • can be activated normally
  • stay under the account that earned them

Example label:

Bonus – Level 4 Reward

License table labels

In your License tab, you may see these types:

  • Envato
  • Direct
  • Manual
  • Reward
  • Manual Reward

Status values

  • Ready to Use = available and unused
  • In Use = currently assigned to a website

Frequently asked questions

Do reward licenses count toward the next milestone?

No. Reward licenses never increase milestone progress.

Do bulk purchases count?

Yes. Direct bulk purchases from Artbees count.

Do Envato licenses count?

Yes. Every valid single-site purchase key counts.

Why do I only see one reward although I passed multiple levels?

If you had already passed milestones before launch, only the highest reached milestone is redeemable.

Will new levels be added?

Possibly. Since the program is in beta, new levels may be introduced later.

Troubleshooting

My milestone is still locked

Please verify your qualified count, not total licenses.

My count looks incorrect

Excluded licenses such as reward/test licenses may be causing the difference.

I redeemed but do not see licenses

Refresh the License page first. If still missing, contact support.

I reached the level before launch

This may be displayed as Historical Baseline.

For support, include:

  • account email
  • expected level
  • license count
  • screenshots

Important Note

This program is currently in beta. Artbees may improve, expand, or modify the program in the future. However, rewards earned during the program will always be honored.
