Paypal Button
The JupiterX PayPal Widget is a highly functional tool for accepting various types of payments on websites created with the JupiterX WordPress Theme. This widget simplifies the process of selling products, running fundraiser campaigns, or offering subscription-based services. With the ease of integrating a PayPal button, website owners can start generating revenue efficiently. The widget supports both recurring subscription payments and single-product charges, making it adaptable for a wide range of commercial activities. This versatility and ease of use make it an invaluable component for any e-commerce or fundraising website.

Pricing & Payments
- PayPal Account: Enter the email address associated with your PayPal account. This is where the transaction funds will be sent.
- Transaction Type: Select the type of transaction:
- Checkout: For standard purchases.
- Donation: To receive donations.
- Subscription: For recurring payments.
- Item Name: Enter the name of the item or service that you're selling or accepting donations for.
- SKU: (Stock Keeping Unit) Enter a unique identifier for your product or service, if applicable.
Price: Set the price for the item or service. Enter '0' if the amount is to be entered by the user, like for donations.
Currency: Choose the currency for the transaction from the dropdown menu.
Quantity: If selling a product, specify the quantity available for purchase. For donations, this is typically set to '1'.
Shipping Price: If you're shipping a physical product, set the shipping cost here. Enter '0' if there is no shipping cost or it's not applicable.
Tax: Select how tax is applied to the transaction:
- None: No tax is applied.
- Percentage: Set a percentage of the price as tax.
Button
- Text: Input the text that will appear on the PayPal button, such as "Buy Now", "Donate", or "Subscribe".
- Alignment: Choose the alignment of the button on your page (left, center, or right).
- Icon: If desired, select an icon to display on the button. You can usually choose from a range of PayPal-specific or generic icons.
- Icon Position: Select whether the icon should appear before or after the text on the button.
- Icon Spacing: Adjust the slider to set the space between the icon and the text.
- Button ID: Input a unique ID for the button. This ID should not be used elsewhere on the same page.
Additional Options
This section allows you to set other parameters such as the return URL after payment and more advanced options like custom messages for error and connection issues .
Style Tab
Button
- Typography: Click on the pencil icon to adjust the font settings of the PayPal button text. This includes font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line-height, and letter spacing.
- Text Shadow: Click on the icon to add or edit a text shadow to the PayPal button text. You can customize properties such as color, blur, horizontal and vertical position.
- Text Color: Set the text color of the button. You have two states to configure:
- Normal: The text color when the button is not being interacted with.
- Hover: The text color when the mouse pointer is over the button.
- Background Type: Choose the background of the button:
- Classic: To apply a solid color or gradient.
- Color: Select a color for the button background. This option is available when 'Classic' is chosen. You can set different colors for Normal and Hover states.

- Border Type: Choose the type of border for the PayPal button. Options include none, solid, double, dotted, dashed, and grooved.
- Border Radius: Control the roundness of the button's corners. You can link the values to be the same for all corners or set them individually for Top, Right, Bottom, and Left.
- Box Shadow: Click on the icon to add a shadow around the button. Customize the shadow's color, blur, horizontal and vertical position, and spread.
- Padding: Adjust the spacing inside the button between the text and the border. You can link the values to be consistent on all sides or set them individually for Top, Right, Bottom, and Left.
Messages
- Typography: Click on the pencil icon to customize the font settings for the messages related to the PayPal button.
- Error Message Color: Select the color for error messages that appear related to the PayPal button.
- PayPal Not Connected Color: Choose the color for the message displayed when PayPal is not connected.
