Creating an Effective Email Marketing Campaign with JupiterX and ConvertKit Integration

Email marketing is a powerful tool to reach your audience and with JupiterX, integrating your website forms with ConvertKit has never been easier. ConvertKit is an email marketing platform that helps you connect with your audience and grow your business. By integrating JupiterX forms with ConvertKit, you can seamlessly collect sign-ups and integrate them into your email campaigns. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to set up this integration:

Setting Up ConvertKit API Key

Before integrating, you will need your ConvertKit API Key. Here's how to set it up:

  1. Log in to your ConvertKit account to find your API Key.
  2. On your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Elementor > Settings.
  3. Click on the JupiterX tab.
  4. Enter your ConvertKit API Key into the Integrations Settings field.

Remember to save your settings before proceeding to the next step.

Creating a Form with Elementor

With your API Key set, you can now create a form:

  1. Go to the page where you want to add a form and edit the page with Elementor.
  2. Drag and drop the Form Widget onto your page to create a new form.

Integrating ConvertKit with Your Form

After setting up the form, follow these steps to integrate it with ConvertKit:

  1. Click on the form to open the Content tab and then click Settings.
  2. In the form settings, find the Add Action option.
  3. Select ConvertKit from the list of actions to add it to your form.
  4. You'll then see the ConvertKit action appear. Here you will map your form fields to ConvertKit fields.

Field Mapping

Proper field mapping ensures your form data correctly syncs with ConvertKit:

  • You'll mostly need to map the Email and First Name fields, as these are commonly used.
  • Unfortunately, JupiterX ConvertKit integration does not support custom fields aside from Email and First Name.
  • To map a field, select the corresponding ConvertKit field from the dropdown list next to each form field.

Tip: You can use ConvertKit tags to segment your contacts by assigning tags in the integration settings of your form.

Finalizing the Integration

After you've set up field mapping:

  1. Click Save or Update on your Elementor page editor to save the changes to your form.
  2. Test the form to ensure that submissions are correctly sent to ConvertKit.

Note: This integration process adds new contacts to your ConvertKit lists. It will not update existing contacts' information.

Conclusion

Integrating JupiterX with ConvertKit allows you to effectively gather subscriber information and boost your marketing efforts. By following the outlined steps, you can set up a robust email marketing process that runs smoothly with your WordPress site. If you require more elaborate campaigns or enhanced functionality, consider using additional ConvertKit features or alternative integrations that work cohesively with JupiterX.
