Connecting Your JupiterX Form and HubSpot

To ensure your website visitors' submissions are seamlessly sent to your HubSpot account, you can integrate HubSpot with the JupiterX Form Widget. Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Create Your Form

Start by building your form using the Elementor Form Widget.

Step 2: Add HubSpot as an Action

• Navigate to your form settings by clicking on Content > Settings.
• Under Add Actions, select HubSpot to link the form with HubSpot.

Step 3: Configure HubSpot Settings

• In the form settings, a new HubSpot tab will appear. Click on it to reveal the HubSpot options.
• Provide the necessary HubSpot details as described below:

HubSpot Options:

• Portal ID: Locate your HubSpot Portal ID on your HubSpot dashboard and enter it here to establish a connection with your account.
• Form ID: Find the unique Form ID for the HubSpot form you’re linking to and input it here.
• SFDC Campaign ID: If you use Salesforce alongside HubSpot, place your Salesforce campaign ID here to link form submissions.
• GoToWebinar Key/ID: For integrating webinar sign-ups, enter the GoToWebinar key or ID to connect form submissions with your webinars.
• Submission Timestamp: Toggle on if you wish to record the time each form was submitted within HubSpot.
• Field Mapping: Match up your JupiterX form fields with your HubSpot form fields:
  • Click on 'Add Item' to set up a new field mapping.

  • Select the corresponding 'Form Field' from your JupiterX form and the 'HubSpot Field' you wish to send data to.

    For example: If you have a 'Email' field on your JupiterX form, map it to the 'Email' field on your HubSpot form.

Step 4: Save Your Settings

Once all details are filled in and your fields are correctly mapped, save your settings. Now, whenever someone submits the form on your website, the data will automatically appear in your HubSpot account, streamlining your lead management and data analysis processes.

Remember to periodically test your form to confirm that the integration is working correctly and that data is being transmitted as expected.
